Live to Play

Steelstown Brian Ogs are holding a ‘Live to Play’ Event on 24th Jan at 7.30pm.
‘Live to Play’, Ulster GAA’s Road Safety programme, aims to raise awareness and educate members on how best to stay safe on the roads. The programme is being delivered in partnership with Derry County Board, with a particular focus on young people as it is they who are most likely to be involved in a traffic collision. A live demonstration by the Road Rescue Team of the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) will also take place. Everyone is welcome to attend!

  • Live rescue from crashed car and victim rescue in car park 
  • All the blue light rescue services will be in attendance

The objective is to show young drivers the consequences of having an accident due to speeding.
